The theme of the conference “Leveraging Sustainable Technology and Innovations in the Digital World”. It is planned as an interaction forum for Academicians, Researchers and Industry Experts across the globe in the area of trending and future technologies like
- - Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Pattern Recognition, Machine Intelligence, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing and IoT in the domain of CSE and IT.
- - Advanced Signal Processing Techniques, Emerging Technologies in Wireless Communications, Internet of Things (IoT) and Smart Cities, VLSI Design and System-on-Chip (SoC), Embedded Systems and RF, Microwave Engineering in the area of ECE and its associated branches.
- - Automation, Computing and Communication Systems, Power, Energy, Control Engineering, Transportation, Energy Storage and the allied areas.
+ + In addition, it also offers the participants an overview of a wide range of applications across all the engineering disciplines.

The need of the day is, bringing together valuable and novel scientific contributions that address the crucial issues of computer science and IT-based problems, renewable energy, manufacturing, and other sustainable science and technology topics that have an impact on this diverse and quickly changing research community in academia and industry in the development of methods and software tools.

The Conference enables, students, researchers, and engineers by giving them an excellent opportunity to interact with experts on technical issues, research techniques, career advice, future vision, and readiness for greater societal impact through technological interventions.

The various session in the conference caters to the research areas of multiple disciplines in the engineering stream. The RASEFT-24's envision is to stimulate and share the latest research endeavors in their domains through panel talks, discussions, presentations, seminars etc. Further it proposes a medley of pre-conference events such as tutorials, sessions and poster presentations.

Scope of Conference
Our conference scope is to address the Engineering Sustainability with the recent advances in particular with the ‘Sustainable Development Goals’ defined by UNDP. The 17 SDGs are aligned with the engineering areas and we are looking the advanced in these areas and how they contribute to the humanity at the end. Our conference will enhance the public understanding of engineering and technology and pursue standards for their practical applications by the way of publishing the newly developed algorithms, applications, methods and models. (This is the strategic plan of IEEE)

About Hyderabad

Everyone who steps foot in Hyderabad, the Pearl City of the Nizams, is hypnotized by its unequaled fusion of history and modernity. Hyderabad, with a 400-year history and the position of a metropolitan metropolis, guarantees a refreshing experience for all. Hyderabad is known for its unique cuisines. This city has everything to keep you captivated, from historical landmarks to scenic retreats, mouthwatering food from around the world, to inviting shopping areas, to exhilarating theme parks. The city, which was teeming with cultural and religious diversity, was regarded as a cosmopolitan center even under the reign of the Nizam. It is a location where diverse communities come together in a spirit of respect and honor. Hyderabad is a beacon of a multi-religious, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi-linguistic society at peace with itself. The city carries a rich heritage of art and Culture which can be witnessed by experiencing the architecture of Golconda Fort, Chowmahalla Palace, Charminar, Salarjung Museum, Birla Mandi, Hussain Sagar Lake, Chudi Bazaar in Charminar for shopping, Ramoji Film City etc.

Hyderabad has emerged as one of India's leading centers for the information technology sector, earning the extra moniker "Cyberabad". In addition to the IT industry, various biotechnology and pharmaceutics companies have set up their operations in Hyderabad owing to its established Public sector in Life Science Research and Genome Valley. The city's Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills are home to the most costly residential real estate in Telangana. The Telugu Film Industry, also known as Tollywood, is located in the city and is either the second- or third-largest in India, depending on the basis of assessment.

Special Sessions

//Call for special sessions Open//

We are inviting proposals for organizing special/sponsored sessions relevant to the theme available at https://raseft.org/

The goal of these sessions is to provide a forum for contributions that are highly specialized. A special session consists of eight to ten papers.

Proposals for special sessions are required to contain the following information:

(1)   Title for the proposed special session

(2)   One page summary of the special session including its motivation and goals

(3)   List of organizers (names, affiliations, e-mail ids, mobile numbers and short bio). There is a two-page limit for each proposal. Selected special sessions will be announced through the conference and will be open for submission to everyone. All papers will be peer-reviewed and have the same process of review /acceptance and submission process. The difference is that they will appear in a single lot in a single session. The organizers (max two) will be Chairs for the proposed special session.  The organizers may recommend few reviewers.  The program committee may send the papers to these recommended reviewers or to any other reviewers. The minimum numbers of papers that are to be registered are eight per special session. If less than eight papers are registered to a special session are accepted based on the reviewing process, the Program Committee reserve the right to re-assign these accepted papers to regular sessions.

The proposer of Special session restricts himself/herself to be an author of a paper in the proposed session to avoid conflict of interest.

We look forward to hosting your Special Session at RASEFT-2024

Registration

* The final PDF for each accepted paper may contain up to six pages. The final version of the paper may include up to two additional pages in addition to the required six pages, if necessary. A fee of INR 2000 per extra page must be paid at the time of author registration payment in order to accomplish this.

FOR AUTHORS

At least one of the authors of every accepted paper must register for the conference as author and present the paper in order for it to be included in the conference proceedings of RASEFT2024, and subsequent inclusion in IEEE Xplore® digital library.

If more than one author of an accepted paper wishes to attend the conference, all such authors need to be registered separately by paying applicable registration fee.

Additional authors (other than those who are included in the manuscript submitted for review) cannot be added to the camera-ready paper.

Non-refundable registration fee must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, Camera-ready version of the paper and e-copyright form.

Refund Policy

All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable. For registration fees not covering a paper, a full refund, after Rs 1000 processing fee, will be given, provided the request is applied for prior to the last day of the Registration Last date.

Author Registration: Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one non-student registration and one non-student registration can cover up to two papers.

Non-Presented Paper (No-Show) Policy: Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author to attend and present the paper in person/virtual at the conference. If a paper is not presented at the conference, the paper will not be sent to IEEE on IEEEXplore. For poster sessions, if the speaker is not present in front of the poster for most of the time during the poster session, this also implies the paper was not presented.

Transfer Policy

All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing and email, 30th November 2024. Registration rate difference will apply depending on the membership status of the new registration.

FOR ALL CONFERECNE ATTENDEES
